Our build process
Prefabrication represents a dramatic leap forward in New Zealand home building.
Framelink provides an innovative solution to the construction of residential properties by prefabricating the framing structure prior to delivery onsite
One of the key advantages of prefabrication is that construction takes place in a quality-controlled factory, providing the ability to greatly improve the quality and standard of the build, while removing the risks of working at height. Additionally, there are no limitations on the products that can be used in construction, allowing architects to fully realise their vision for the home.
Once the Framelink panels and cassettes arrive onsite, they can be erected very quickly, creating a wind and weathertight environment in days simplifying the build process and speeding up the overall construction.
